Cookie Making Session

Hi Peeps,

Hope you guys enjoyed your christmas and new year. Great holidays it have been!
so many days off = SHIOK!
Enjoyed myself, chilling, shopping, receiving presents and giving presents away!
Me and baby gave away some cookies that we made during christmas, for all your who got a taste of it, you got lucky man. =P

Nice food got to be made from nice receipe and nice people got to share it out.
Here's some tips and tricks for all your to learn to create the wonder cookies!

Here goes,

First of all, you need a very good and reliable receipe!



Secondly, with the receipe (enlarge the picture for better viewing pleasures), follow them. Well, basically you need the ingredients!! That's like some eggs, flour, baking powder, chocolate chips, baking materials etc.

Pour the flour in the pot~



Thirdly, MIX~~~~~ throw the ingredients in and mix mix mix



Good thing with the advance technology, we have the blender aka mixer to ease the problem of mixing the ingredients in proportions.



With the right amount of dough, there can be different ways and methods for you to explore and work on them to create what you want.

Method 1, to create chocolate chip cookies:

Throw in some chocolate chips and mix them again. Here's a capture to have a look at the initial shape and look of the dough with the chocolate chip. LOOKS DAMN DELICIOUS!



Method 2, to create normal cookies without chocolate chips:

These may not be as delicious due to the absence of the chocolate chip but nevertheless there are other efforts you can put in to balance things up!

Pour in some creativity and made some nice shapes with the dough.



Either method will produce nice and delicious cookies! Me and baby made them and you guys have tasted them. YOU SHOULD KNOW!

Lmao! Alrights. With the dough mixed with chocolate chips or shaped with nice patterns,





Throw them in the oven for baking.



DING DING !!!~~~~



Yea! The masterpiece is out and you may choose to serve them or keep them in containers for future consumptions!

It sure looks easy, but is alot of work and sweat put into them.
We took a couple of hours man. Probably around 5-6 hours head tugged in the bowl or the mixer.
Done probably 8-9 batches, trays full and filled with the cookies.
Tired but I had fun baking with baby.
Though is not my kinda thingy but is the fun we had preparing and making and baking TOGETHER. :D

Work ...

Currently blogging in my office (shhh ...). Its not my fault, i am done with my work and i got nothing else to do. Its 1 1/2hr more to going home. Dear was asking me whether i prefer school or work. Hmmm ... What's good about school is that i have small perks - like class ending early - but in office, its only ending ON TIME or late. Haha.

Just did a stock take in the morning, counted motorcycles and buggy. I really liked the pink scooter, haha, think it costs about $6000. Last week i counted walls, staircases, sand etc. Interesting? For a while ...

Auditing has been ok, except sometimes i really do wish i had chosen smth else when i was schooling. Sometimes i regret my choices (more of letting others affect my choices) whether it has been good or bad. I don't know if i would be happier.

well here comes the rare speech:

being quite busy = work + social life + gaming + studying
exams juz got over on mon - think i screw it up but heck it...WHATEVER!
Yeap as you can see from all the previous posts,

1) life has been good with baby and we found a new-love hangout place >>> Dempsey Hill's Ben & Jerry

2) birthday past and i was overly caught off and surprised by baby. this yr she got me real surprised man. all the preparations and hard work she made, especially for the cake. thanks baby!!!

3) Bintan trip - love the beach. it was so quiet and peaceful. really felt like the beach Jack Sparrow was in when he was eaten up in episode 2.

Nothing beats overseas trip. Love being in new places and explore them.
Shopping kinda is secondary. New experience is what i am looking for.
All these comes with a price, $$$. No $$$ No Talk. Saving now for next trip! WHAHAZ

After weekend blog

Its Monday again, back to work. Today is my 1st day at Tandberg. So far so good.

FYI, this blog was created and actually belongs to eric but it seems i am the only one blogging.

This week past rather quickly with Deepvali being on Thursday - We went Queensway and Ikea. Sat was more exciting, we went to Expo for the car show. I guess exciting for Dear, for me, it was ok. I am not so crazy about cars - only car i like is a black lamborghini. Went to HQ after that to support some frens playing dota, never thought gaming could be that serious. I like Dempsey Hill a lot, went to Ben & Jerry again, this time Belgian Waffles with icecream.




All of a sudden i want to play with model cars. But i know my passion is short.

Bintan Trip and the Weekend

Got back from Bintan on Wednesday. It was a relaxing trip but i didn't really feel like i was on a holiday cause its pretty near.

Spent most of the time at the beach, in the room watching tv and eating cause it was raining ... not a good time to go bintan i guess cause of the monsoon season ... Everything in bintan is so ex, the activities, the food, everything ...

I did a fake tatoo. Haha. For fun, my mum got a real shock when she saw it cause she believes that i will do it. Will upload some pics soon. :)


Seriously had too much snacks and chocolates during the weekend that my stomach isn't feeling too good. Dear and i watched "Your name is Justine". He is kinda disgusted with the show but i felt it was ok. It is about girls who get tricked into prostitution.

Going to bed. Don't feel well. Stomach feels bloated, feeling a little heaty and feverish. Work tomorrow ...
